What is a digital proof?

A digital proof is a computer generated file that will be rendered for you based off the exact customization requested on your order.

Once you have placed a custom order with us, the digital proof will be sent via email (following our current estimated production timeline) for your review and approval.

Approval is required before we will proceed to producing your custom items.

When can I expect my order?

Our typical lead time for finishing a sign is about 1 week. Occasionally we may get it finished sooner, especially if it is an item we have in stock. Occasionally it may take a few days longer. Please know we (there are 2 of us!) make every effort to get them to you in a timely manner- we are as excited for you to get your item as you are to receive it! We take pride in our quality work, so we take care in making your item. Also, custom orders also require extra time to design with you and prepare the custom files in order to cut.

Do you offer shipping?

Soon! We are currently in the process of setting up or store and at this time we only offer local pickup. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you are seeking shipping and I will be happy to work with you.

How do custom orders work?

After a custom sign order is purchased, I will work up a proof for you to review within approximately 7 days of purchase. At this point you can change the sentence structure (if applicable), font and layout if needed.

This includes up to 2 revisions. If we agree we need to make the sign larger, or if more revisions are needed or an entirely different font needed after the 2 revisions, there will be an additional fee for the time involved or the increase in material costs.

Once I have your final approval of the proof, we will then begin working on your sign and can be expected to be completed within 5 days.
